The impact of Bill Mack\'s art is achieved not only by his dramatic portrayal of the human form, but also by the utilization of a wide variety of materials with which to execute his artistic vision. The final work emerges as a classic example of the interplay of form and materials. For over 35 years, Bill Mack has created sculpture in relief and in the round for government, corporate and private collections. His art hangs in galleries in four continents and he has had exhibits in Tokyo, England, France and Germany.

At the University of Minnesota, Bill Mack majored in Journalism, with a minor in Art History, while continuing to do commissioned work as a free-lance Artist. Upon graduation, Bill continued his passion, working as a relief sculptor. So rare are \"accomplished\" relief sculptors that Mack met with immediate success, his commissioned works ranged from very small, low relief ingots and medallions, to often monumental sculptures. Besides creating hundreds of works in traditional cast bronze, he also gained experience with more innovative substances, Bonded Sand, Bonded Natural Sand, Bonded Bronze, Bonded Mixed Metals and Acrylics. Working in different materials and trying new methods, Mack has gained increasing confidence in his abilities. When he made the transition to the galleries, he possessed a great deal of technical knowledge to compliment his unique talents.
